I am wai from malaysia.I love rotary as u do, but i can't get the electronic application form.
I had dremt to go for an exchange programme for age
But i always the unlucky one b'cos the YE that provide in our school , which is alunched by Intenational Lion club is only reserve for those who have good relationship with them who are involve.
I am looking to join the programme via rotary club.
